I don’t know about other guys but having a small penis can be very frustrating BUT! all men have needs, we all need that release which we get from having sex. Having a small penis usually means that you don’t have a steady partner so it’s hard to get this release, therefore we end up sexually frustrated.

There’s probably a few of you which think it’s just as easy to masturbate when we get this frustrated, it’s not the same! masturbation doesn’t satisfy a man like an orgasm through sex. This is all down to the endorphine release which guys experience at the point of climax.

There is always the opportunity to go out and pick up a woman at a bar, the problem with this is that a guy with a small member doesn’t have a lot of self esteem when it comes to picking women up at a bar. What self esteem we had got kicked to death after all of the years of being laughed at and talked about. But say that you do get a woman back to your place, chances are that you will be so self concious about the size of your manhood that you might not even be able to perform.

All of these things get in the way when all you want to do is the same as other guys are doing right now! go out and find a woman to have sex with; who knows! it could even be the start to a great sexual relationship - If you had a larger penis.

Well you’ve probably guessed from this site that I think that natural penis enlargement exercises work - that’s because I am living proof that they do…

If you’re reading this it’s probably because you are in the same boat that I was in, and I’m not talking about a couple of years ago either, I’m talking about a few short months ago.

A few months ago my penis was just about 5 inches when fully erect, this was not a source of pleasure for any of the women who ended up in my bed. Yes I was a sensitive lover and always did my best to satisfy the women, unfortunately this just wasn’t enough to keep them around.

After a while you’d think that all the insults and jokes would just bounce off - they didn’t

After trying most things on the market to improve my penis size I decided to try Natural penis enlargement exercises, you should already know what happened when I thought about surgery, if you don’t take a look at the front page.

Anyway I signed up for the program listed at the bottom of this page, I did this out of desperation more than anything else and I am glad that I did. Six minutes per day (that’s right 6 minutes) is all it took to get me where i am now, 2 inches longer and an inch wider.

I am thinking about re-starting the natural penis enlargement exercises just for the hell of it, to see if I can add another half an inch or so. Now don’t get me wrong here, I am more than happy with my penis size and so is my girlfriend BUT when you have been undersized all your life it’s worth going that little bit further (well for me anyway). i will let you know how that goes anyway.

So as I was saying, six minutes per day, at first I thought that it was a typing error and should have been more but NO it was right. If there are any guy’s who don’t have 6 minutes a day to spare I suggest that you set your alarm clock earlier so that you do have time, these results need to be seen to be believed (no I’m not going to publish a picture of mine here so don’t ask).

Foreskin Restoration – How to Attain a New Foreskin Using a Simple Exercise Any Man Can Learn and Use

By the 1970’s, 80% of American infant boys were being circumcised. These days that figure is lower, at 60%, but still pretty massive when compared to the international average, which is a mere 15%.

The fact that you’re reading this article suggests that you’re circumcised and have at least some interest or curiosity in the subject of foreskin restoration – that is, getting back the skin around the head of your penis that you no longer or have never really had. You’d probably be surprised at how many circumcised men are interested in the subject, too. Years ago, you’d never hear about it, because circumcision was much more widely accepted as the norm and as the obvious option to take by many parents. Today, however, with the discussion of sex and sex-related subject matter considered much less of a taboo, people are thinking outside the box a little more. For example, it’s now agreed in all medical and most social circles that being uncut or uncircumcised is not at all unhygienic or “wrong.” Furthermore, fewer and fewer men are embarrassed about being uncut when in public locker rooms or when messing around with a girl for the first time.

So, that leads us to an interesting set of questions. First, is it possible to restore your foreskin (without surgery!) and second, what benefits would restoring your foreskin offer?

Get into the habit of performing this exercise every day and within just a couple of weeks you should already begin to see your new foreskin developing.
