Ok! I’ve received a few emails asking me about penis enlargement pills - Do they work?

There are people who tell you that these pills do work BUT! most of the time it’s becasue they are selling them or they’ve read some really convincing sales letter.

The truth is that to lengthen your penis you need to work on the muscles, you can’t get a pill which does this. If you’re thinking of steroids right now then you need to know that steroids have the oposite effect on your penis - they actually make it smaller (and cause kindey and liver damage).

I’m not going to list a whole lot of brands of pills here as I don’t want to get slammed with a law suit but what I will say is that most pills cost around 100 - 200 dolars a month and the manufacturers say thet you should use them for a minimum of 6 months, that’s $1,200 for the course. This example is taken from some of the less expensive pills on the market.

Well you’ve probably guessed from this site that I think that natural penis enlargement exercises work - that’s because I am living proof that they do…

If you’re reading this it’s probably because you are in the same boat that I was in, and I’m not talking about a couple of years ago either, I’m talking about a few short months ago.

A few months ago my penis was just about 5 inches when fully erect, this was not a source of pleasure for any of the women who ended up in my bed. Yes I was a sensitive lover and always did my best to satisfy the women, unfortunately this just wasn’t enough to keep them around.

What is the TRUE average penis size and is it possible to enlarge it NATURALLY?

The average penis size has been a “bone” of contention for decades and decades. The reason it’s so frequently debated, argued over and worried about is because the issue affects so many people, male and female. For men, a small penis means possible harassment in gym showers and embarrassment in bed. For women it presents a different problem: its below-average size could well limit their sexual pleasure and at the same time inhibit the man’s confidence so much that his sexual performance could also be unsatisfactory.

It’s really no wonder penis size, and the average length and girth of the male anatomy, is talked about so much – by millions of people all over the world, of both sex, it’s almost considered a yardstick for a guy’s manhood. Step 3. Firmly grip the base of your penis using the ‘OK’ sign and slowly move your grip upwards towards the head of your penis. Don’t slide over the skin. Instead, focus on keeping your fingers on top of the same area of flesh all the time, while still sliding up and along the shaft. Think of it like the motion used when milking a cow. The blood in your penis is forced up towards and into the head.

Step 4. After you’ve milked from the base to just below where the head of your penis starts, release your grip. You’ve completed one repetition or ‘rep’. Do 20-30 reps for your first session and increase it to 50 once you’ve been doing it a couple of weeks.
